- We are reducing PDF use and replacing with HTML where possible

Some older videos may:
- not include captions
- use transcripts instead of captions
We are reviewing and improving video accessibility.
Live video
Live video is exempt and may not include captions.
Third party content
We use third-party tools, including:
- Jotform (opens in a new tab), integrated online forms software
- ReciteMe (opens in a new tab), assistive toolbar
We cannot fully control third-party accessibility but:
- accessibility is included in procurement processes
- we work with suppliers to improve compliance
What we’re doing to improve accessibility

- fixing known issues
- improving content structure and readability
- reducing reliance on PDFs
- working with suppliers to improve functionality
- embedding accessibility into all new development
