Free 24 Hour Helpline

Health Assured is a confidential phone counselling service (free with unlimited use) with highly trained professional specialists providing comprehensive assistance, information, advice and counselling on problems that could be affecting your home life or work life, health and general well-being.

You can call about anything that is troubling you whether it is personal difficulties, for example relationships, or work-related problems such as stress management. You may like to use the phone service to talk through a difficult conversation you need to have with someone or use the support to offload and play back a difficult experience.

You can speak to them about anything that might be causing a distress, and it’s available for your family to use too. Further information can be found on Connect

Online portal and free app

We understand that when in distress, the information available needs to be accessible to you, whenever you require it. The Health Assured online services, including the health and wellbeing portal and Health e-Hub app, feature a range of tools available 24/7 including:

  • Interactive health assessment
  • Fitness and lifestyle advice
  • Personal coaching tools
  • Self-help programmes
  • Work life information
  • Mini health checks
  • Home life support
  • Health calendar

You can access the online portal services by visiting: www.healthassuredeap.com. The app is available on both Apple and android devices just search for 'Health e-hub' in your devices App store. You can also gain full portal access on Connect.

Who can use this service?

Health Assured believe that it is important to help us serve our employees by supporting their immediate family as well. Employee's partners and dependents (living in the same household, aged 16 to 24 and in full time education) can access the telephone helpline.
