REACH Network

The Race Equality And Cultural Heritage (REACH) Network supports Black and minority ethnic (BME) staff to promote race equality and inclusion at CUH. The REACH Network has co-produced our Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) action plan.

Who can join?

All are welcome. We include staff from all bandings, and we are multidisciplinary. Membership is open to anyone who shares our values and outlook: wanting to support the advancement of racial equality and celebrating the strengths and achievements of a diverse staff community. Allies are also welcome!

We welcome and celebrate the cultural diversity of our membership and we are proud of our histories and cultures.
